The 395B and 495B motors of B&E Company, and the PH2300 and PH2800 electric shovel motors of P&H Company have been domestically modified and succeeded. On this basis, we independently developed the design of a complete set of variable frequency speed control drive motors with specifications covering 4 cubic meters, 5 cubic meters, 10 cubic meters, 12 cubic meters, 15 cubic meters, 20 cubic meters, 35 cubic meters, etc., and 4 cubic meters, 5 cubic meters, 8 cubic meters, 10 cubic meters, 12 cubic meters, and 20 cubic meters complete set of DC speed-regulating drive motors. Technical characteristics Mechanical electric shovel has two types: DC drive and AC drive. The motors used to drive the four mechanisms of lifting, pushing, walking, and slewing need to be tailored according to their respective installation dimensions and operating characteristics. In a limited space, we have developed products that can not only meet the performance requirements, but also can run reliably for a long time in harsh environments. The DC drive system has simple control principles and good operating characteristics, and has been maturely used in small and medium-sized electric shovel for many years. The drive motor of the AC power shovel uses a three-phase AC variable frequency motor, but it is different from an ordinary variable frequency motor. In the large-scale electric shovel, the energy-saving and maintenance-free characteristics of the AC drive control system make its overall performance better than that of the DC electric shovel. In addition to the motors used to drive the four mechanisms of lifting, pushing, walking, and slewing, the DC drive system also needs to be equipped with a DC generator set to provide DC power to the motor.
